1. GM Diet Day 1
It is an all Fruit day. You can take fruits all day long.
A variety of fruits like apple, orange, papaya, watermelon, kiwi etc can be the best options for you.

You must also consume 8-10 glasses of water per day to prevent dehydration.
No need to starve, if you feel hungry you can consume any fruit at any time.
